Very well maintained hotel located by the beach with stunning views of the ocean. Staff are really nice and friendly. Took one star off for the food. Quality of food is inconsistent from great to really bad, depending on the day. Also they don't offer any fresh squeezed juices, only artificially flavored ones. At this price point in other 4 star hotels we are used to seeing at least real orange juice available for breakfast.

Hotel is clean in most areas. Staff are very helpful and work hard but they seem short staffed. Food isn’t great at any level, basic bland and the canteen area is so loud and busy. Plastic chairs sliding about don’t help. The a la carte, isn’t a la carte but another buffet style cafe. Hotel room was not described either, was meant to be a suite with either two singles or a double bed and a double sofa bed to sleep 4… we had just a double bed and the squeezed in a single camp bed but because there is a bath in the bedroom there was no room to get dressed and ready etc…

Very satisfied with my stay! Great room, free welcome mini bar, great helpful staff, great views of the mountains and the ocean. You get a resort feeling there is a free tennis court and the beach is just a walk away. Only negative point was maybe the very loud restaurant. The hotel is also quite secluded but we rented a car in the hotel which was also amazing! Very kind staff.

Great swimming pools, lovely beach, friendly staff and we were given a free upgrade to a nicer room. Food was mostly ok. Reasons we won't go back: 1. The room was tiny and we really struggled as 2x adults and 2x young children (under 5). The only bigger rooms available were Junior Suites which were more than double the price! 2. Restaurant opening times - there is nowhere to eat between 3pm and 7pm which with very young children is a big problem. They need to eat at 5/6 so every day was a battle against overtired & hungry kids. Yes, we know Spain does everything later but Spanish people aren't staying here (99% of guests seemed to be German/Dutch/French/English) and there is no magic switch to flip kids into a new eat/sleep routine. As trivial as this seems, this actually really ruined our holiday. 3. Kids entertainment - beyond the (really good) pirate ship pool, the only thing we were made aware of was the kids' disco starting at 8:30pm ... our kids bedtime is 7pm! We used the kids Mini Club a couple of times but that is closed between 1pm & 3:30pm! There didn't seem to be anything else for the kids to do during the day. "Have a siesta!" you say... yeah, try getting overstimulated kids to nap when they're not used to it.
